Ken Ross — Co–Founder
Ken's award–winning work as a filmmaker ranges from documentaries and independent experimental films to commercials, music videos, and long formats. He has directed over 100 TV commercials — including spots for Nike and Coca-Cola and campaigns for Anheuser-Busch and Outback Restaurants. His work as a director and cinematographer has appeared on HBO, Lifetime, Nickelodeon, PBS, and on the ABC prime-time special, Sex in America with Cindy Crawford. A pioneer in music video production, Ken has directed over 60 music videos for artists including Patti Smith, Chicago, Roseanne Cash and The Smiths. His experimental films have been shown in museums and film showcases around the country. Ken has taught film at SUNY Purchase, Vassar and Bard. He was co-founder of The Collective for Living Cinema, Inc., a not-for-profit film art center in New York City. He is currently in development on a feature film called Johnny Girl.

Louis Galdieri — Co–Founder
Louis has produced and directed film and video shoots and interviews around the world. He has written both short and long format films and has developed programs for public television and radio audiences. For the National Edition of CBS Evening News, he created a bi-weekly series of television essays about America in the 21st century. Louis worked as a speechwriter in the 2000 U.S. presidential primaries. He has also played a key creative role in major national and international campaigns for corporate and non-profit entities, from start-up organizations to Fortune 500 companies. As Professor of Humanities at MIT, where he wrote and lectured on cultural history, Louis received the Baker Memorial Foundation Teaching Award. He is currently co-producing (with Ken Ross) a feature-length documentary about a Woody Guthrie song and is in development on a new film about the untold story of the McKinley assassination.

Phyllis Famiglietti — Editor
Phyllis started her editing career as a news and documentary editor at NBC, working on news shows such as Prime Time Live, The Today Show, Nightly News and Overnight with Linda Ellerbee. After 10 years there, she opened Figments Editorial, where she edits commercials and videos for such clients as Versace, Banana Republic, Estee Lauder, and Armani. She has also edited numerous music videos, including The Pet Shop Boys Being Boring, which won Music Week's "Best Video of the Year". She edited 666 which won the Silver Lone Star Award for best dramatic short at the Houston International Film Festival, the highly acclaimed feature documentary Broken Noses, for director/ photographer Bruce Weber, as well as his short film, Gentle Giants, both of which screened at Sundance.
